WHAT IS NUDEFY ME?
Nudefy Me is an online destination where clients can buy available Fine Art Nude Photography and commission art pieces with the client being a part of it. We work from the ground up; we capture all the images, color correct, and use different mediums to offer our clients an art piece that can be transformed and mixed with sculpture, ceramics, jewelry, light installation, and augmented reality art.
WHY CAN'T I HAVE HIGH RESOLUTION FILES FROM MY OWN PHOTOSHOOT?
As an artist, safeguarding the quality and integrity of my work is paramount, and this principle extends to the careful curation of high-resolution images from clients' Photoshoot files.
Each meticulously crafted piece represents my artistic vision and a commitment to delivering the highest possible printing quality.
By selectively releasing images, I ensure that the final printed product reflects the true essence of my creative intent, preserving the details and nuances that make each piece unique.
Moreover, maintaining control over high-resolution images is a strategic business decision crucial for the longevity of my photography venture. Providing clients with all high-resolution files would not only compromise the integrity of my work but also jeopardize a significant source of income, threatening the very foundation of my artistic enterprise.
I gladly offer a low-resolution, shareable version of the entire retouched photoshoot. I hope clients can understand the strategic importance of reserving high-resolution files.
I am happy to accommodate your printing needs in various sizes and materials.
*Due to the nature of trades, only trade participants can retain high-resolution images.
** Clients are allowed a portion of their retouched images in high resolution as stated on the commission's packages and mutually signed contract.
WHAT DOES NUDEFY ME SELL?
Nudefy Me sells premium design goods that may be limited editions or one-of-a-kind that range from Fine Art Prints, Mixed-media paintings, lights, sculptures, jewelry, t-shirts, to artwork.
HOW CAN I TRUST HIRING COMMISSIONED ARTWORK ON NUDEFY ME?
We know that safety and trust are critical to you. Each commissioned client has a contract where we both sign with an NDA. We also, as a core part of our brand, will never use your nude images with your face on it, even if you authorize it. It’s not of our interest to expose our clients’ services requests from us to the public to promote our trusted services. We rely on word of mouth and online connection with the work we provide and anonymously share. Your privacy is paramount to us and has been for the past 19 years since we begin this mutual trust journey.
WHO HANDLE YOUR PRINTINGS?
We print all the commission work on a secure booth. The privacy of my clients is paramount to me. From printing to shipping, all are personally supervised by me until your secure images ships. A professional lab printer oversees all other faceless images, where privacy is not an issue and sent to the client.
MATERIALS
WHAT KIND OF PAPER DO YOU USE FOR YOUR PRINTINGS?
FUJI CRYSTAL ARCHIVE PAPER. This professional photographic (light-sensitive) paper is designed for use in fine art, exhibitions, portfolios, advertising, and other high-quality photo applications.
Fuji Crystal Archive delivers rich tonal gradation, superb colors and pure whites with exceptional sharpness and lasting permanence, for archival use and for family pictures and photo-albums.
WHAT'S YOUR PRINTING PROCESS?
TYPE “C” PHOTOGRAPHIC PRINTS. The Polielettronica LaserLab is a state of the art silver-halide photographic printer and processor. It exposes your image onto photo paper and processes it in precisely calibrated chemistry. The richness, sharpness, saturation and depth of this process continues to be unequaled by other printing methods. We love it and we vouch for it!
DO YOU FRAME YOUR ARTWORK?
We could help you with any framing needs you or your designer may suggest. Please let us know your dimensions and framing choices, and we can deliver your final piece ready to your walls. We usually ship it in a protected tube, so you have an option to frame locally, decreasing shipping costs, and lowering our environmental footprint. But we have a framer we trust and would be more than happy to assist you with your specific needs.
WHO DOES YOUR AUGMENTED REALITY SERVICES WORK?
We are particularly proud of this service. We are partners with ARLOOPA, a studio in Armenia, where we send our trusted files to be implemented on our art. We can design entire different 3D environments, animate your images, as well as locally film in greenscreen, and make an exceptional experience from your pictures. Your privacy is respected all along the process, and once activated, this is an annual subscription, you just share to the ones you care about. You are in control of your AR at all times.
BUYING
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We are accepting payment with Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Paypal. All credit cards used for payment must have a valid billing address. We only ship commissioned work when the payment company confirms in full. There’s no return for commissioned works as we update and consult with the client all along the building process of the commission.
ARE PAYMENTS SECURE?
All orders are encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology on both your end and ours. SSL encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. In order for SSL to work, you must use an SSL-enabled browser.
For your own safety we do not save any payment information. Payments are made directly through Stripe—certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification, so we can guarantee that important information stays confidential and private.
CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY
When you buy something onNudefy Me all prints will arrive with a Certificate of Authenticity that is numbered and signed by the artist. We will soon be implementing AR authentication for comisisoned work as well.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF AN ORDER?
In “My orders” you can see the progress of all of them. Once delivered, you will receive more information on how to track the package and when it will arrive.
To check the status of your commission work, just shout out an email to commissions@nudefy.me or directly to me via text that I will gladly update you on your order.
SHIPPING & RETURN
WHAT IS THE SHIPPING RETURN?
The products are delivered directly from the authorized lab to your doorstep. I handle all the comission work personaly.
We work with our Labs to use recommended and trusted shipping carriers for our featured prints.

WHICH COUNTRIES DO WE SHIP TO?
Nudefy Me is worldwide. Shipping depends on the sizes and the nature of the products. We try to faciliate the easiest and fastest way to ship withour clients.
HOW MUCH WILL THE DELIVERY COST ME?
This is subjective depending on where the package is sent from and its destination. Also the size of the product and delivery type (standard or express) will affect the price. Delivery costs are clearly stated on the checkout page while buying. If we are shipping original art work you problably would consider adding full insurance to your order.
*Some countries may charge customs and duties for your parcel. You are responsible for these customs and duties charges.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FO AN ORDER TO ARRIVE?
The delivery time depends on the distance between you and the creator. Our creators offer regional to worldwide shipping depending on the product. The expected delivery time is clearly stated on the product page, and on the checkout page.
The seller can select 4, 7,14 or 21 days for shipping and handling times. It will vary depending on the item as handcrafted goods may take more time to create and ship.

INFORMATION COLLECTED OR RECEIVED
Nudefy Me may collect personally identifiable information, such as your name. Nudefy Me may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your age and gender. We may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.
Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by Nudefy Me. This information can include: your IP address browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Artday website.

Nudefy Me collects and uses your personal information to operate its website(s) and deliver the services you have requested.
When you place an order on the Site, you must provide your first and last name, a valid email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, and credit card number. We will use this information to fulfill the order you place and to communicate with you about it.
